Co-own the strategy for the squad with your product and design partners and senior partners and help drive culture and process improvements across our engineering organization.

New York Pay Range: $202,500 - $293,250; Other US Pay Range: $147,900 -- $293,250; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for new hire equity award; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits programs
