Job Summary

  • Partner with Customer Success leaders to drive sustainable, customer-centric growth across Autodesk’s Enterprise and Subscription business.
  • Shape financial strategy for post-sales motions including token consumption, usage, offering renewals and expansion, while enabling data-driven decisions.
  • Own and analyze key SaaS metrics such as gross and net retention, churn, renewals, expansion, cost-to-serve, token consumption, usage and value delivery.

  • Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders
