The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is seeking a Safety Organized Practice (SOP) Coach in Fayetteville, responsible for delivering training and coaching related to Safety Organized Practice for social services staff. This full-time position requires extensive travel and collaboration with various stakeholders

Job Summary

  • The SOP Coach is responsible for the training delivery of Safety Organized Practice, Structured Decision Making, or other contracted training initiatives for identified DCFS families staff and stakeholders.
  • This position will provide coaching to all newly hired Social Services Specialists assigned to an Investigations or Differential Response Unit.
  • Extensive travel is required for this full-time, annually renewed grant-funded position.
