Job Summary
The successful candidate will work directly with customers providing service, repairs, and maintenance training for installed Dematic systems and equipment.
When not at customer sites, the candidate will also work in customer service tech support back-office tasks attending customers cases by connecting remotely to sites.
The position requires travel within the US and Mexico, as well as occasional weekend work and availability during off hours.
