Must-have
5-10+ years program management experience
Large-scale WAN or telecom program delivery
Solid understanding of BGP routing and peering
Experience managing carriers and infrastructure vendors
Cross-functional execution with network engineering teams
Nice-to-have
Hyperscale or cloud infrastructure environment experience
Familiarity with AI/ML or HPC infrastructure requirements
Global scale network deployment experience
PMP or PgMP certification
Strong executive communication skills
Key Requirements
5-10+ years in program or project management
Background working with cross-functional technical teams
