Job Summary

• The Vice President and Head of Operations of the Metallurgical Complex (MET) is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that ensure safe, sustainable, and profitable processing, aligned with the U.S. PGM Operations and recycling strategic intent.
• This role will drive consistency and alignment across sites, ensure compliance with standards, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement to deliver financial and operational excellence.
• Key responsibilities include strategic direction, technical oversight, stakeholder relations, financial management, safety and environmental compliance, operational excellence, and team management.
