Job Summary

  • Lead conceptual and/or detailed design of Candu instrumentation and control systems and modifications thereof.
  • Prepare requisitions or Engineering Quotation Requests (EQR) for equipment and materials to support procurement.
  • Assist field construction and execution activities, such as: field changes, design revisions, commissioning, AFS, closeout, etc.

  • Experience at operating nuclear power station
  • Site experience in construction or commissioning
  • Familiarity with industrial/nuclear QA programs
  • Knowledge of OPG/BP Engineering Change Control

Key Requirements

  • Engineering Degree in a relevant field
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer in Ontario
  • Minimum of 15 years of pertinent engineering experience
  • Willingness to become a Nuclear Energy Worker
