Job Summary
Co-Ops will gain a working knowledge of Johnson & Johnson’s Medtech customers, sales practices, supply chain logistics, distribution and transportation networks, revenue practices and team dynamics.
Responsibilities include supporting Regional Operations, managing daily attendance records, facilitating meetings, updating KPIs dashboards, and reformatting SOPs.
Candidates will have the opportunity to apply Process Excellence (Six Sigma) methodology to lead projects from root cause analysis to solution implementation.

Key Requirements
Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Communications, or related fields
Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
