Job Summary
Responsible for timely and accurate Sales Order and Delivery Order creation in SAP, including communication with all relevant stakeholders regarding stock availability, delivery lead-times and customer requirements.
Efficiently manage outbound supply chain processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery, order changes and cancellations, and coordination with various stakeholders including status updates for customers and relevant internal teams.
Ensure all outbound shipments comply with trade regulations and applicable customs requirements, applying knowledge of trade mechanisms to maintain accurate documentation.
