Job Summary

• This Lead Medical Assistant plays a key leadership role within a fast-paced, patient-centered orthopedic practice, providing hands-on clinical support while overseeing a team of three Medical Assistants and two Orthopedic Technicians.
• The role is a vital member of the care team, responsible for exercising appropriate leadership and oversight of clinical operations and Medical Assistant staff throughout the assigned site or department under the direction of the Practice Manager.
