Job Summary

  • This role supports the full lease-up of 70 Build-to-Rent homes at Mill Yard in central Cambridge.
  • The position requires a strong on-site presence to manage daily leasing activity, viewings, and tenant journeys.
  • Candidates will work closely with the Regional BTR Operations Manager, Railpen, Socius, and internal teams to achieve occupancy targets.
