Job Summary

• The Driver Training Coordinator will be responsible for utilizing driver performance reviews, skill gap analyses, industry research and observation to create, maintain, and improve CMV standard operating procedures.
• This individual will create, maintain, and improve effective training processes and continuous quality improvement programs to enhance the performance and safety of CMV operators.
