  • Partner with the Continuous Improvement Team to drive culture to support LEAN/CI, change control, validation, etc.
  • Develop and execute an engineering strategic plan that aligns with the direction of the organization and associated budget.
  • Identify, investigate and implement a pipeline of new and advanced manufacturing process and automation technologies and methods.
