Job Summary

• This role plays a key executional role within the Strategy and Transformation team, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and supporting the delivery of projects that enhance customer value, operational efficiency, and distribution performance.
• Analyze and synthesize customer data to develop actionable segmentation and targeting insights, and translate customer insights into clear recommendations that support the development and refinement of tailored value propositions.
• Assess sales and distribution processes to identify operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks and support rollout and optimization of digital tools, automation, and workflow solutions.
