Key Requirements

  • Ph.D. in biology, bioinformatics, computational or systems biology, physical or computer science with a focus on bioinformatics or similar breadth of training with Master of Science preferred
  • 4+ years professional experience in Linux HPCC with bioinformatics applications
  • 4+ years experience with R and python
  • Experience managing codebases with git
  • Familiarity with principles of experimental design
  • Strong interpersonal skills
