Must-have

  • Operating TEM tools of various models
  • Hands-on experience with S Structure analysis tools
  • Basic knowledge of semiconductor processes
  • Prior experience in materials physics and chemistry
  • Ability to conduct scientific research on defective issues

Nice-to-have

  • Previous experience on defect root cause analysis
  • Experience in failure modeling
  • In-depth knowledge on advanced node process integration
  • Leadership in analytical work improvement projects
  • Ability to write scientific papers

Key Requirements

  • B.S. or higher degree in Materials Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
