Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical area or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in product support or customer success for complex B2B SaaS
  • 4+ years managing complex SaaS implementations with large enterprise accounts
  • Fluent English
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with HR, Payroll, Financials or related business areas
