Job Summary
This role serves as the key expert for U.S. Wholesale P&L performance, owning day‑to‑day financial execution, analysis, and reporting across Sales & Margin, COSV, and OPEX.
Partner with Planning & Analytics to ensure alignment across revenue, COGS, and margin KPIs, and build financial models to evaluate sales programs, vendor agreements, rebates, and promotions.
Lead and develop Financial Analysts, fostering accuracy, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Salary
Base: $145,000 - $165,000; Bonus/Equity: performance bonuses; Benefits: health & wellness, product discounts, holidays, paid time off

Key Requirements

Demonstrated success influencing senior business leaders
