Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams on multiple advanced Driveline programs to ensure appropriate Warranty Performance, Key metrics and APQP, Quality-related GPMS process steps and proactive quality tools are being properly and thoroughly executed on a timely basis.
Functions as the leader for Quality on Program Teams and ensures quality issues are resolved prior to launch of new products (ensure mature quality at launch thru Lessons Learned).

Key Requirements
3 – 10 years of experience in APQP Process AIAG
6 – 10 Quality Engineering experience
2 – 4 years of experience in Plant Operations
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field
Proficient in problem solving (8D, 5-Why, Six Sigma Green Belt or better)
