Job Summary

  • Communicate with users and facility management team of the University to understand their requirements and expectations on technical issues of maintenance works and project progress.
  • Manage and monitor work progress of A&A and improvement works as well as ensure the reliability of architectural works, building fabrics, finishes and structure of the University.
  • Support FM to prepare regular and ad hoc reports to the Client and provide technical support and troubleshooting for technical issues.
