The Pricing Team's objectives are to improve value capture from new and existing customers, to elevate the success of our sales force through better pricing presentation and negotiation, and to maintain pricing integrity as Workday grows market share across all industries and geographies.
As a member of Workday's Pricing Team, the Director will play a key role in shaping Workday's monetization strategy, reporting to the Vice President of Product Pricing and working closely with various cross-functional teams.
Workday offers a flexible work approach combining in-person and remote work, with at least half of the time spent each quarter in the office or in the field, enabling teams to deepen connections and do their best work.
