Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Monitoring: Prepare master construction programs, project schedules, and resource allocation plans (machinery, materials, manpower). Site Operation Management: Manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities, and resolve drawing discrepancies. Technical Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local regulations), quality control standards, and technical specifications. Cost and Contract Control: Monitor budget, control costs to ensure profitability, manage variation orders (VO), and prepare progress claims. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities for progress meetings and reports. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project engineers and staff, managing their performance.
