Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in health, human service, or educational field and 3 years experience in surveying, clinical, or administration
  • Master's degree in social work and 1 year experience in surveying, clinical, or administration
  • Bachelor's degree in social work and 3 years experience in surveying, clinical, or administration
  • Bachelor's degree in nutrition or food service management and 3 years experience in surveying, clinical, or administration, eligible for registration
  • Must pass Federal Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT) after training
