  • Provide strategic leadership and assurance for the Operations (Ops) Maintenance division in the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the Freeport Safety Health Management System (FSHMS).
  • The role is accountable for ensuring the Ops Maintenance division aligns with ISO 45001, Government of Indonesia regulations, and Freeport-McMoRan corporate standards, while driving the elimination of fatal risks and strengthening risk-based operational discipline.

Key Requirements

  • Extensive experience implementing and governing ISO 45001 or equivalent systems
  • Demonstrated experience leading fatal risk or critical control programs
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) and willing to learn Bahasa
