Job Summary
As a Seasonal Guest Services Supervisor, you will work closely with the Estate Manager and winery leadership team to build and lead a dynamic seasonal team delivering exceptional tasting, retail, food, and wine experiences.
Lead daily Sweetgrass services and assist with tastings, tours, and food & wine experiences, including private dinners and winery events as needed.
Develop a fun, motivated, and positive workplace culture and maintain and enhance a strong wine culture and premium brand image.
