Job Summary
The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) oversees the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department for assigned facility or facilities, including the delivery and coordination of direct and indirect services.
This role includes supervision of all Rehabilitation personnel, interviewing, hiring, firing, and training and development of staff.
The DOR is responsible for implementing new programs to meet clinical and operational needs and holds administrative authority and accountability for rehabilitative services.

Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Physical Rehabilitation, Occupational Rehabilitation and /or Speech Language Pathology
Associate Degree from an accredited OT or PT Assistant program (Excludes PTAs in CA)
Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, OT or PT Assistant, and or Speech Language Therapist
Proficient in computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care
