  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • 1+ years experience in Compensation, Finance, or Analytics
  • 1+ year experience in Excel or Google Sheets
  • 3+ years experience in Executive Compensation, Corporate Compensation, Finance, or Analytics
  • 1+ year experience with Workday
  • 1+ year experience with Proxy Statement creation
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
