This role serves as the global authority for cost allocation within COO/CTO Finance, owning the design and governance of models across the ING Group.
The successful candidate will lead end-to-end annual validation cycles and quarterly checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and robustness of financial outputs.
You will act as the single point of contact for cost allocation topics, translating complex model logic into clear insights for senior international stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years finance or controlling experience
Global cost allocation model design
Advanced Excel, Power BI, Alteryx proficiency
Nice-to-have
FP&A exposure for forward-looking analysis
Controller support experience
Continuous improvement mindset
Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in Finance, Controlling, Cost Management, or FP&A
Experience in global, matrixed, or multinational organizations
Proven hands-on experience with Cost Allocation models and validation
