Salary
Base: $228,000 - $342,000 USD (Atlanta); Base: $190,600 - $342,000 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years applied machine learning experience
4+ years PyTorch or TensorFlow framework experience
6+ years hosting ML models in production at scale
3+ years Large Language Models (LLMs) experience
6+ years cloud computing platforms AWS or GCP
Nice-to-have
Experience with graph neural network models
Strong background in statistical analysis
Proven track record of mentoring teams
Deep understanding of NLP for information retrieval

Key Requirements
