Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to current federal, state, and local standards.
You will participate in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning resident discharge services.
This role requires ensuring that all nursing service personnel comply with job descriptions and procedures while providing direct nursing care including IVs, specimen collection, and vital sign monitoring.
