Job Summary
Responsible for analysis and review of periodic property operating statement and annual borrower financial statements to include variance comparison and determination of adequacy and accuracy of statements in managing a portfolio of non- and under-performing real estate loans and REO.
Assist with periodic Trust communications including preparation and entering monthly special servicing watch list comments and assist with site inspection preparation including identifying market participants and collecting and summarizing relevant comparative market data.
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $63,000.00 - $96,000.00 annually and is eligible for incentive compensation.
