• The Philips Vascular Technical Support Engineer I drives customer satisfaction through service excellence by providing technical support and counsel both remote and onsite to Field Service Engineers, Client Service Technicians, and customers experiencing system performance issues.

Key Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 5 years mechanical/electrical equipment servicing
• OR equivalent military education with 5 years servicing experience
• OR High School Diploma/GED with 8 years servicing experience
• Minimum 5 years diagnostic imaging experience with Philips Vascular systems
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work rotating late shifts and on-call including weekends
