Job Summary
The Dietary Aide assists in the preparation and service of meals to residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Essential duties include learning and following established food service routines, setting up meal trays, assisting with meal service, clearing and stripping returned trays, and washing dishes and utensils.
The position requires maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and dietary areas, disposing of trash properly, storing groceries safely, and cleaning work surfaces, refrigerators, and food prep areas.
