  • Oversee human resources functions, providing strategic guidance to the Senior Leadership Team to support World Vision Senegal's mission and objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Seven (7) years of progressive leadership experience in HR
  • Professional qualifications in HR Management or OD
  • Minimum 5 years in Senior HR Management in international organization
  • Experience in conflict and fragile contexts
  • Experience with Senegal labor laws
  • HEAT and SRMT training or UN equivalent
