Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA within the Order-to-Cash workstream, defining, governing, and making key decisions across the enterprise.
Act as the primary liaison between Customer Success and functional/technical teams, documenting and validating current processes and defining future state designs.
Drive adoption of standardized OTC processes, championing compliance globally and owning key project deliverables including process flows and functional specifications.
