The role involves driving product development from early-stage concept through to design, testing, and launch while improving existing products for performance and manufacturability.
Candidates will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, and Sales teams to act as technical advisors and problem-solvers across the business.

Must-have
Mechanical or Production Engineering qualification
Hands-on product development experience
Proficiency with Creo 3D CAD software
Deep knowledge of plastics and injection moulding
Nice-to-have
Experience designing plumbing or irrigation products
Background in building or construction products
Experience with brass components design
Proactive mindset to challenge ideas
Key Requirements
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident status required
Tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Production Engineering
Demonstrated experience in mechanical product design
