Job Summary

• The Rental Management Trainee program is designed to be completed in 18-24 months and provides comprehensive training in Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales/Marketing.
• Incumbents will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, generate rental leads, and manage all rental asset processes including vehicle maintenance and cleanliness standards.

Salary

Base: $50,000 - $55,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan; Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, disability, PTO, and 401(k)
