The role involves assisting with development testing, system validation, and technical support for motherboard and Edge PC system products, as well as analyzing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, BIOS, OS, and system compatibility.
Responsibilities include providing product technical consultation to Advantech's global customers (pre-sales/post-sales), collaborating with backend R&D/PM teams for testing and analysis, and systematically feeding back customer application needs and technical feedback to improve product design and quality.
