The role involves direct patient care, educational support for medical fellows and residents, and participation in quality improvement activities. **

Job Summary

  • Advanced Nurse Practitioner will work in a collaborative practice arrangement with board certified Pain Management physicians in the care of in-patients with acute, chronic and/or cancer pain.
  • Provides direct patient care to include obtaining patient history, performing patient assessment via observation, interview and examination; orders, performs, and interprets diagnostic studies.
