Key Requirements

  • Bachelors, master's or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
  • Completed CI credentialing course, home study adult learning course, or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of clinical experience
  • Physical Therapy licensed or eligible in Virginia or West Virginia
  • BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart ‘Healthcare Provider’ (HCP) - AHA approved
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills
