Job Summary
The position of EMS Dispatcher is responsible for communications with Baptist Health EMS Ambulance Service crews for patients requiring transportation services to and/or from a Baptist Healthcare facility.
They must maintain current knowledge of EPIC software along with specialized products related to EMS patient care reporting.
They must practice outstanding skill at protecting PHI and have exemplary communication and prioritization skills.
