Base: $160,000 - $416,000 depending on location; Bonus/Equity: Annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock options; Benefits: 401(k) match, paid parental leave, PTO, multiple health plans

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 8 years experience
• Or 10 years experience in engineering or technical program management
• Certification in Project Management (preferred)
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (preferred)
• Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
• Supervisory experience
