Job Summary

  • Develop and deploy global quality policies, procedures, and training, driving cultural transformation and continuous improvement through quality tools and systems.
  • Own the end-to-end quality training portfolio, from content development through global deployment.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Aftermarket, Regional Quality, and Product Management, to ensure alignment and execution.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30–40%
