Job Summary

  • You will learn about the entire process of producing car taillights and actively participate in preparing and updating necessary process documentation.
  • You will see how waste sources are identified and eliminated using Lean Manufacturing principles and support actions related to process modification to improve efficiency, quality, health and safety, and ergonomics.
  • We offer a paid internship with an employment contract for 18 months from the first day, a monthly bonus dependent on team results, and access to tools used in a global organization focused on innovative solutions and modern technologies.
