  • The Import/Export Support Representative acts as a liaison between customers and the company by providing top tier customer service to ensure their satisfaction.
  • You will be responsible for day-to-day general account service functions that include, but are not limited to, order processing, import/export documentation, and logistical tasks.
  • Your goal is to build valuable relationships with customers to encourage new and repeat business for account growth by performing the Support Representative duties.
