Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or international equivalent and 13-15 years of relevant experience
17-19 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of Bechtel organization, policies, procedures, and programs
Subcontract Management experience
Experience as Superintendent, Subcontract Technical Representative, or Field Engineer
