The position involves supporting facilities in achieving survey excellence through mock surveys, state licensing visits, and plans of correction.

Experience with acquisitions transitions and program conversions
Ability to assist with CERTs and ALJ hearings defense
Collaborative approach with regional nursing and admin professionals
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, or SLP (Master's/Doctorate preferred)
Active license as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
RAC-CT Credential required within one year of hire
CPR certification required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Net Health, and Point Click Care
