Job Summary
Work closely with Senior HR Manager and Business leaders to develop HR strategies and initiatives to meet business requirements.
Develop and implement HR programs that touches the entire employment life cycle in the organization – talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, organization development & design, career and succession planning as well as talent retention.
Drives and manages internal communications, and organizational changes ensuring the workforce is informed and engaged.
