Job Summary

  • Work closely with Senior HR Manager and Business leaders to develop HR strategies and initiatives to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR programs that touches the entire employment life cycle in the organization – talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, organization development & design, career and succession planning as well as talent retention.
  • Drives and manages internal communications, and organizational changes ensuring the workforce is informed and engaged.

Key Requirements
