Key Requirements

  • 0-4 years venipuncture experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Certified Phlebotomy Technician Certificate
  • Current California Phlebotomy Technician license
  • Current AHA BLS certification
  • Valid California driver's license and automobile
