Must-have
2+ years initial claims assessment experience
Strong knowledge of Workplace Injury Rehabilitation & Compensation Act 2013
Experience with ACCtion or Novus case management systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook
Ability to calculate PIAWE and identify recovery potential
Nice-to-have
Legal qualification or paralegal background
Resilience and perseverance in high-pressure environments
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Continuous improvement and initiative mindset
Customer service focus and communication capability
Key Requirements
2 years experience in initial claims assessment OR 1 year as paralegal/legal assistant
Working knowledge of WorkCover scheme regulations
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ACCtion or Novus systems
